Oscar Think of your Love Ones

You can do it Oscar, do it for your wife and kids, they need you. La familia primero, el diablo que se quede en el infierno [ Family first, the devil can stay in hell]. God bless you Oscar I will be praying for you. I still believe you slightly beat Floyd Mayweather.

Takes a real man to admit and share his faults just don't keep repeating them.

You're right. I'm strong enough to not fall into it. You think I'm going to let drugs, alcohol, and other addicting things destroy me? Fuck No! I have a family that I must be strong for and support. Destroying myself would be destroying them as well.

Just goes to show you money can't bring you happiness. I'm just baffled by the timing of this announcement. Good luck man.

Before I read any of the posts and hopefully most are respectful, this has to be serious if he's going to go through this prior to one of the biggest fights in the history of the sport and I do believe that it takes a strong person to come out with a public statement admitting his addiction/disease. Him doing this prior to this fight shows that he's not a selfish person. He could easily enjoy that night, regardless of who wins or lose and party all night, but he choose to take care of his health first. Good Luck Oscar!
