Golovkin vs Proksa - 658,000 viewers
Golovkin vs Rosado - 813,000 viewers
Golovkin vs Macklin - 1.1 Million Viewers
I see a trend. Do you see a trend?
Now lets compare this to the Danny Garcia vs Zab Judah and the Kid Chocolate vs Guererro card, which peaked at 850,000 viewers while Quillin was not even the headliner. Now that card had to compete with the Martinez/Murray fight, and it would have done better if not for that, but it still says a lot regarding Quillin's drawing power. He is still on undercards for a reason.Comment

How can F. Guerrero UD Rosado and Brinkley UD Stevens* before PQ and GGG respectively KOing them (though the Stevens fight has taken place yet), but people still think that Golovkin's fighting much better opposition than Quillin?
N'Jikam or Macklin?
Proksa or McEwan?
Which is the better performance GGG-Ouma or PQ-Winky?
If Quillin were fighting Stevens in place of Golovkin, the comments would be the exact opposite of what they've been.
If you've answered these questions truthfully, you've come to the realization that the difference is not as much as it previously seemed... and, perhaps, that the Golovkin propaganda/nuthugger snowball has turned into an avalanche.Comment

Who the **** has Kid Chocolate fought?? GGG isn't fighting the toughest schedule ive ever seen but hes fighting solid guys and stays busy. GGG fought a top 10 middleweight in Proska, the #1 contender (granted at a lower weight class) in Rosado, had a tuneup one month later against Ishida (and deliverd the KO of the year) and fought a very solid fighter in Macklin(who gave Sergio one of his toughest fights ever).. Quillin fights cab drivers once a year. Seriously how is his level of competition better? He beat a bum in Fernando Guerrero. Winky Wright who lost his 2 previous fights , was 40 years old and was retired for 2 years at the time. And a list of clowns before that, his biggest name before winky was prob jesse brinkley. His best win was against N'Jikam, who has no chin and still won every round he wasn't knocked down in.. Also a little fact about N'Jikam, he was the WBA champ before he was the WBO champ. He never lost before Quillin so how did he lose the title? He VACATED because he REFUSED to fight his mandatory GENNADY GOLOVKINComment

On one hand, a low venue like Turning Stone is a good stepping stone for boxers. On the other hand, Turning Stone is a crappy place; about 50% of its customers and 90% of its staff are sad faced Indians. Everyone else are frat and sororiety college students and electric chair chainsmoking old people.Comment

The consensus on here is it's a waste of time because Golovkin will kill him.Comment

They're still mad that GGG is headlining his own card while they search for bums to feed to Kid Ducklate for scraps. He's so mad that he actually used Ward, an HBO fighter to feed his "argument".
There's video out there where Quillin directly admits he will not fight GGG. That's okay for Golden Boy though considering there's always roasted snail vendors like n'dam n'jikam he can go life and death with on an undercard.Comment
