Canelo looks awesome. I told people during the 30 day weigh-in that he could easily take 15 pounds off that frame. They acted like he would be drained. Its the same now. He can easiliy take 5 pounds off. He'll be shredded.

You can tell when someone looks drained. They looked gaunt and like theyve been in a concentration camp. Canelo looks awesome in his face

he was 148 before that. He's bulking up for the fight. Roy Jones is not a natural HW but he wanted to bulk up to 200 pounds for Ruiz.

I disagree. He doesnt have to outmuscle anyone but you dont want anyone to muscle you. The further you go up or the bigger/stronger the guys are you are facing, the more you have to start to either add some bulk or just dont fight them. Skills pay the bills but everyone has a cutoff point.

There are guys who are so big & strong that no matter what Floyd does in teh ring, it wont be enough if he's only a 148 pound weakling who they have no fear of and will walk right through. He's not beating a guy like Triple G. He shouldnt fight him anyways but he has a much better chance if he's 152 while still being able to move well, just like RJ vs Ruiz

Canelo looks healthy, his face looks to show he hasn't even had to drain his water weight yet.

He should be fine, they did hire a nutritionist right? He should be fine for weigh-in/rehydration process.

Concerning for me, Floyd doesn't want to be bulking up.

This is definitely his last fight above 147. He's so obviously not built for this weights class.
