What has Abel Sanchez or GGG for that matter, what have either of them done to criticize his career choices? I could understand if someone like Cotto made these comments, but there coming from a guy who has done nothing in the sport on a major level.
Nah, it seems like he's butthurt.

Your bolded comment is really, really hilarious though. You're essentially saying nobody can have an opinion until they have surpassed the level of the person they criticize, which if that was the case this forum would be empty, you would not be here posting, media and press would not exist, and the world would cease to spin. (slight exaggeration)

The point is they can criticize his career choices all they want, it's within there power and anyone else. Next time you use that ****** statement I think you should realize it applies to you and me also, so next time you think of posting your opinion on this boxing forum, don't. You aren't qualified to do it, I mean, what have you done in boxing? Where is your credibility? Exactly.

I just went and re watched Ward vs Kessler and that was one of the dirtiest performances I have ever seen so,yeah...... he definitely fits.

If you are a professional fighter and or trainer, and you choose to negatively criticize another professional fighter and or trainer, and you haven't accomplished what they have, you come off looking and sounding like a complete idiot. Media, press and fans can do it because they're in the seat of the audience. How would it look if LeBron James came out and said Michael Jordan could have shot the ball better. What has LeBron done in his career to criticize that of Jordan's. See where I'm going? I can't criticize the fighters in my gym or the ball players in my gym if I haven't done anything more noteworthy than they have. But I can criticize someone like Kyrie Irving having negative comments about Kobe.

Sanchez simply said Ward needs bringing down to earth, and it's nothing but the truth. It's constructive criticism, isn't Sanchez fault Hunter got butthurt by it.
No, he actually said they need to go to ESPN with that fight, even though it will be against tougher comp than GGG has ever faced on HBO. It wasn't about the payday it was about the network

Hbo is full of s**t! The double standards are crazy. They'll approve a Donaire vs Darchinyan rematch and Chavez vs Vera though. Two total mismatches,s**t is crazy!

HBO will pressure the fight to happen between Sergio and GGG or GGG will get somebody exciting

ANDRE is boring but he is perfect for GGG, put those two together and it won't be boring.

in the meanwhile both need to fight great opposition, the best they can get and stay undefeated

then meet in the center of the ring
Sergio's the king of the division, getting in the ring with him is goal. You can't act like since Sergio won't immediately get in the ring with him no other staunch competition will. Maybe someone who actually has something to gain by fighting GGG.

Donaire Vic is an undercard, pretty cheap probably. Chavez is just a star, he gets huge viewing numbers. That's why Ward wants to fight him anyway

Exactly, it is not about freedom of speech, it is about respect for your collegues/oppononents. It is pretty much the same in every professional sport. Henry Akinwand cannot go around saying that Floyd Mayweather is "just another in the bunch", Duran can and did.

In Golovkin's case though it could also be a way to have people talk about the possible match up, even though that would be quite a huge jump for GGG.
