So does Ward want it with GGG or not? All Sanchez was doing is pulling his card.

You are exactly right. That was really disrepectful of Sanchez to make a statement like that about the top #2 boxer in the world. No where in the history of televised boxing has the #2 ranked boxer in the world fought on a second rate network as ESPN as it relates to boxing.Comment

@hero Bando I feel what you're saying, but Hbo can put together a decent undercard to accommodate Andre Ward in the main event. I know he doesn't pull in monster numbers in his fights but the Ward vs Dawson numbers wasnt too shabby. I think it did a million and plus views. Plus people want to see how Andre will look after the long layoff. On the strength of that alone and an intriguing undercard will do good business. Hbo should just get it done especially if Andre is supposed to be Hbo flagship fighter. That's how you lose good business. Keep your star player happy or he might just jump ship to Showtime when his contract is upLast edited by Moe555; 09-06-2013, 06:46 PM.Comment

Totally, I think he's due a tuneup, for a decent purse. I'm guessing HBO and him differ on what decent means. Definitely not ESPN or NBC level money, that's ******ed, but probably not a million+ for a no hoper like Truax or Sartison.. The offer for Rodriguez was very good on both ends, that's on Rodriguez for passing. That fight would have a little buzz, these other guys none.@hero Bando I feel what you're saying, but Hbo can put together a decent undercard to accommodate Andre Ward in the main event.
