[QUOTE=The Weebler I;13714849]It's about the money for Paulie guys, even Judah knows this:

    [/

Two home town fighters fighting in their backyard. Although both coming off a loss you would think it make$ sense.

I think Judah got 300k for Garcia, Malignaggi $1m for Broner.

From their interviews it seems Judah seems keen to fight again but Paulie is only interested in the big paydays.

Makes much more financial sense for Judah then.

I'm sure Paulie asked for some huge payday which he doesn't deserve...who cares, wasn't interested in the fight myself...think it wudda been close but not eventful...

I thought that fight made perfect sense for both, Brooklyn bragging rights, crazy atmosphere, The winner moves on to a couple more paydays loser should retire, Probably decent purse for both. Surprised Paulie turned it down I guess he'd rather do commentating.

its the kind of fight you don't turn down if your confident in your abilities cuz a victory signs, seals, and delivers you a big pay day. paulie rather sit on the sidelines and pray a pay day falls into his lap. anyone he fights that will bring him a decent pay day will starch him out.

Am I the only one that wants to thank Paulie for not taking this fight..Thanks again Paulie, keep doing your commenting which I think he is the best at right now..

I also believe he should retire..It was a good showing his last fight out,a good one to retire on imo..

Diaz can make 143, might be an option.

I don't think Paulie's praying, he's ready to quit the sport.

Eddie Hearn likes a Malignaggi v Brook fight and he puts good money up, I have a feeling that may be Paulie's last.

I kinda wanna see Brook fight a different fighter..Like a Karass or something of that nature..I like Paulie tho,and would not mind him fighting Brook overall tho..Is Brook planning on being an HBO fighter or Showtime fighter??Do you know??

I'm not sure it matters with UK-based fighters? since they're rarely held to any multi-fight contract deal. Froch has fought on Showtime and HBO. Murray fought on HBO last time out but would've been on Showtime v Quillin.
