I don't know about that, but if Danny Garcia is moving up then Paulie v Garcia is a great match-up. Paulie has the movement and chin to give him trouble, plus the experience at 147. The smack-talking in the build-up would be worth it alone.

I want to see Peterson Vs Garcia if Matthysse deals with Garcia the way I believe he will (Demolition job)

Paulie might as well retire or keep fighting less experienced young bucks and show them the ropes...

Didn't care for this match-up anyway. Maybe he can fight the Garcia/Matthysse loser or the Peterson/Jean winner. Or he can fight Postol and use that to get a WBC title shot.

We have to give it to Malignaggi tho. After that loss to Khan we thought his career was over. Then he becomes probably the best commentator ever, wins a belt over seas, earns a few knockouts in a bigger weight class, and he exposes Broner who was supposed to be the next star in the sport.

Paulie's already checked out IMO. He's into the commentating job heavy (Showtime and FS1) so only way I see him coming back is if there's a big money fight.
Most likely he'll just shelf himself until one comes along... think that's why he's not fighting Thurman either
