Liakhovich's advisor, Attorney Anthony Cardinale, prepared and recently filed the formal protest with the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC), seeking the outcome be changed to a "no contest" due to obvious violations of the CSAC rules and regulations.

Liakhovich doesn't even know what he wants. Getting a no contest isn't going to save his career or stall its downfall. He's not going to parley this into another fight or a rematch. Its not even a bump in the road for Wilder because the biggest thing people are going to remember is that Wilder hit Sergei, Sergei hit the canvas, and Sergei deciding to try out for DWTS while on the floor. Its just a waste of time, effort, and money that has no impact on anything.

Dude is asking for a rematch where Wilder will definitely brutally KO him again! If he gets an NC decision then he should walk away happy and preserve what's left of his brain cells.

just what we all want to see...a rematch... he's a former world champion & it's disappointing to see him do this...get back in the ring. take a fight in the ring not in the courts...
