No, 147 is not Canelo's words and thats what Floyd originally asked for which is documented by Roger Mayweather and team Canelo and that aligns with Floyd's Catchweight hypocrisy about how he is "not that type of guy", he "doesn't do Catchweights", he "still considered Cotto undefeated" because of it.

I asked you a question which you didn't answer. If so, floyd said what he said in May 2012, also more than 1 year ago. Is their a time limit on this statement as well?

Haters forget very quicky that it was on this very site that canelo said he' ll drop to 150 to fight floyd. The article was done by jhonny gonzalez on 11/29/2011. Now haters will say that was two years ago. But regardless he said it. Canelo threw it out there as bait and thought floyd wouldnt bite and floyd did. Canelo had to stand in line like everyone else. I bet he will keep his mouth closed the next time. That seemed like a desperate move on team canelos end. But rest assure, the media and those who hate doing research will contend that floyd drained canelo.

But even if floyd asked for it (which he didnt) canelo, without coersion, signed the contract. He knew all he stupulations that came with this fight. This is simply a money fight for canelo. Its been documented that canelo struggles to make 154. But knowing this, he still tries to cram all that weight into his frame.
