This is a list of the fighters I've seen footage of and/or read about to an extent I feel I can give an accurate account of their greatness. Admittedly, it is very hard to do such a list because there are so many names I want to put it in there. And some would potentially be lower on other people's lists, but each to his own of course.

7. Roberto "Manos de Piedra" Duran
9. Julio Cesar Chavez
17. Jimmy "Mighty Atom" Wilde
19. "The Executioner" Bernard Hopkins
Knowing I'm in the minority in saying so, I nevertheless feel Duran is too high, and the other three above would not make my list.

Leaving Whitaker off any top twenty list is a travesty. To tell you the truth if you stack Delahoya resume versus chavez or duran you might be surprised whose is better. Duran is a quitter and no way is he a better boxer than Hopkins, Hagler, Whitaker, Mayweather or Hearns. I love Pep but he prime for.prime isn't better than Whitaker or Mayweather. Chavez fought more cab drivers than real contenders.and.when he fought real legit fighters he got schooled. Oscar got schooled as well as Duran but Oscar and No Mas lost almost all of there big fights.
With regards to the last half of your post, I don't even want to comment.
