In all honesty do you all really think Abner Mares is that great? I think he is a good fighter but I dont see anything really that separates him from the Pack. What does he do better than anybody else? Absolutely nothing

Reminds me of the Khan-Garcia scenario. Khan was smart to stay away. Mares may have heart...but he has 2 little kids. Another KO would just about make him a bum. Gonzalez should be super confident about this rematch.

Maybe for Mares it is do or die, but Barrera lost to Jones twice when he was at the peak of his initial hype. We all know what happened after that.
