He hit a wall in his career & a change in trainers may help some but in my opinion the person to blame is frank maloney for putting his 15 fight crown ***el in with a legit contender. There is something to work with still. He's got an eraser right hand so he will always have a puncher's chance in any fight he's involved in. Pulev landed some huge rights late in the Thompson fight & couldn't put him down. Price floored tony with his straight right early in their fight & almost put him away. I won't right off price yet. I did that to wlad after the first brewster fight & he hasn't lost since...

Nobody doubts Price power

However his ability to take punches, stamina and basically heart (he quit in the ring) have huge questions marks.

Also he doesn't know how to properly box, and given his age, how much more can he really advance

Been down a dozen times & he run out of gas a few times. he did fight better competition but still had a few issues similar to price but steward changed him. Wlad made the change at 28 i believe. Price isn't wlad but he had stamina & chin issues, always went back with his head straight up...he lost to ross puritty & corrie sanders who were journeymen at best. Also wlad fought a contender after 30 bouts, price did that in half the fights... He's no wlad but 99% of people wrote off wlad back then & anyone who says they didn't is full of ****

Sorry Pricey your finished mate. Too old now to grow a heart, you may still get a couple of paydays defending your titles against european bums but step up a gear and it will be curtains again, sorry to say!!!! Good luck though and I hope you prove me totally wrong because I do like you and followed you since I sparred you in the amateurs many moons ago...
