I don't think that the fight gets made only because imo Floyd wants to fight all of the name fighters first. Pac, Martinez, Bradley will be looked at before a Matthysse fight.

it depends entirely on how matthysse looks beating garcia. if its anything less than spectacular i would say he has to at least avenge one of his losses first or get another big win or two. knowing alexander is in the same division looking for a mayweather fight and how easily floyd beat judah back in zabs prime its hard to justify matthysse fighting floyd having those two losses and only two really good wins (provided he does beat danny).

No matter who wins between Garcia and Matthysse, or even how they look in winning barring a robbery, that's the fighter Mayweather should fight next, of the realistic options anyway. I'd rather see Mayweather fight Bradley if he beats Marquez or Pac, but GB-TR.

or
Bradley should he get past Marquez.

Marquez has already stated he doesn't have interest in fighting Mayweather again. However, he Marquez has a devastating KO against Bradley ala what he did to Pacquiao, I'm sure there would be a bit of a buzz for a rematch against Mayweather and perhaps the hype and money would be right.

His weight is 147. After this fight, he's obviously going back down to 147.
