Since when and in what sport or competition. You guys hate floyd so now being undefeated doesnt matter.....You guys dont stop with your blind hatred. 17 YEARS. Boxers, trainers, promoters, and most knowledgeable boxing people all talk about the greatness of Floyd's skill, but im supposed to give a damn about some cowards hate that never even tried to, nor ever have worked hard enough to accomplish anything in sports or life significant. This is boxing you dont luck into 17 years of excellence while being on top of the game and the recognized #1 p4p. Floyd is the best BOXER in the sport deal with it. BUT SAYING BEING UNDEFEATED DOESNT MATTER....:blow:

I agree with you %100. I was being sarcastic. These dumb ass posters who say being undefeated is meaningless are fools. Just ask Abner Mares how easy it is to stay undefeated. The double standars for Floyd on this site are moronic.

I mean, if you're fighting the best what does it matter whose undefeated?

I feel like theres too much hype around that 0. I get it, its a really good marketing tool but I mean how many fighters have we seen that have losses and we still love just as much?

Anyway, it's not about the loses. It's about how you lose.

He should've quantified that by saying, "The two fighters that I faced who were undefeated, I put a 'L' on their record."
I don't think you quite understand the word "every".

It doesn't matter if he's fought one or a thousand he made a brief statement that every undefeated fighter he's fought he put an L on their record which is true.

No more to be said on the matter.

so according to TS logic, I guess Floyd never had a reason to fight manny then, since he has 5 losses

Roy Jones, Calzaghe, Joe Lipsey (who was a great amatuer unfortunately Hopkins destroyed his career and he never fought again), Jermaine Taylor.

Sure, bhop legitimately lost to Jones, and got poor decisions against joe and Taylor, but the point is he FOUGHT these undefeated fighters and took on the challenges.
