Makes me laugh that people go through Mayweather's resume with a fine tooth comb, only to elevate fighters, who have not accomplished ****, to be the one's to beat him.

Keith Thurman has looked sloppy against less than impressive opposition, and elite fighter like Floyd would make him look like a fool.

Everyone 160 and below gets beat by Floyd, but in order of "best chance" at beating Floyd 160 and below, I'd rank em accordingly:

        1. Canelo - combination of youth, size, speed, and strength not like anything Floyd has seen before.

        2. Matthysse - chin and KO power could be alot for Floyd to overcome assuming Matthysse came to win and committed to walking Floyd down all fight long.

        3. Sergio at 160 - slick and fast like Floyd but has more power. Eventually I think conditioning and Floyd's Defense would be too much; even at 160.

        4. Pacquiao - southpaw, angles, speed, and aggression would make Floyd uncomfortable, though I think Floyd beats him in the end.

        5. Broner - younger version of Floyd with more power. Floyd would be more active and has more tricks and again, better conditioning.

He's had some hiccups along the way but the man is back and he's hungry. With improvements to his game, the heart of a lion, and bombs in his fists. Can't hate on that.
True, but i think maidana has reached his peak, whereas thurman is still improving and learning and has the higher ceiling now.....

I think thurman and maidana could have a similar careers when all said and done,,,

Like i said before,, maidana is a very good fighter, but i think thurman would have done the same things ie break ortiz, ko lopez and soto-karass,, the only difference is that thurman may have a chance to beat khan and alexander, broner, etc,,, just for the fact that he is still growing as a fighter,,

thurman wouldn't know whether to box or **** with Maidana, and he would be in too deep against a very dangerous veteran that has seen all styles of fighting and adapted from hard losses.

remember, point to his losses all you want, but Maidana's will has never been broken, and he has fought some of the best. Who has Thurman fought?

No ggg or quillen,,, i think any legit 160 guy would cause may problems, Size does matter thats why they have weight classes,,,,

Floyd beats everyone from 147 on down, but would struggle with big natural 154 guys and above,,,
Its not a skill issue but a size issue

I give no respect to a fraud like floyd.

                  floyd needs to earn it.

I knew someone would mention GGG but imo, May would be too quick and slick for him and GGG wouldn't be able to use his power and body punches on Floyd the way he has against the marginal talent he's faced up to this point. I think Floyd would do to him what he did to Gatti to be honest with you. Mismatch. Quillen, same thing.
