    Then fight him.

I hate it when a boxer says "I can beat so and so" but a minute later says "I think his style is boring" kind of blowing off a potential fight.

I like Santa Cruz and if he has a good chin he can beat Rigo but if not, Rigo will be the one breaking him down late.

Haymon won't risk it so it's pretty pointless speculation

This is an interesting matchup. Leo Santa Cruz is a come straight foward fighter but I feel he may be able adapt because he is still young. I will root for Santa Cruz but can see Guillermo Rigondeaux winning a decision.

good fight, but we all know top rank/goldenboy..so this fight won't happen at least not in rigo's next two fights, but I would like to see rigo face a good boxer, fast too, great defense to see how he would adjust, but would be good to see him against a guy that would just be on top of him for 12 rounds non stop,,,we can only dream for now, hope he leaves top rank after his two fights are over with them

Santa Cruz is pretty good but Rigo would demolish him.

Easy to say when you know the fight will never happen

It's funny. These fighters saying they'd beat Rigo by walking him down like it's a simple ****ing task. It's easy to say you'd break him down, but when you're in the ring and experience the skill, speed and power, it's different. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Nobody beats Rigo around that weight. Mares has the best chance, but I still give the nod to Rigo.

Gotta love the spirit but Rigondeaux would win.

                    Rigo should sign with Haymond
