The first time boxing fans (not floydiots) talking about this fight Floyd has no right to demand against Pac and Pac also has all the right to demand as well as to say no against Floyd. Why? Well sometimes you should use your pea size brain to think why. Let me do the comparison. While Floyd faked his retirement to duck prime Mosley, Oscar rematch, prime Cotto, Williams, etc... Pac made his own name, has his own PPV headlines and accomplished a lot more in boxing than fake retiree Floyd. While Floyd getting more money on paper than Pac on their fights the difference is not that astronomical. Floyd all ridiculous demands he made was to make sure Pac will never agree on his term. Every time Pac called Floyd's bluffs he will raise it to a much more ridiculous demand. That is why you all floydiots gain no respect not only from Pac fans but to all the boxing fans because you are idiot. Seems like Arum's suggestion made more sense, but to Floyd it's USADA or nothing. That takes us back to where we started. Maybe Pac would have been happy to test with no cutoff with the testers on his payroll, like Floyd insists on.
