I'm all for it! I'm not one of these Floyd fans who are scared to see him take a risk, some of them were against Floyd fighting Canelo. If GGG can make 154 (which he can't), but If in this mythical world GGG can make 154 and make some noise in the division, I definitely want to see the fight happen. Neither Floyd nor Arum wanted it in 2009. I honestly think that Pacquiao would fight anyone. He's taken losses and I don't think taking more bothers him. If it wasn't drug testing it would've been something else at Floyd's end. And if Floyd removed every barrier, Arum would have put up more.
