You lost me at "champions" and "faced top guys in their division." They are not champions--a term thrown around way too loosely nowadays. A titlist is not a champion.

Chuck Giampa might believe differently, but I rate p4p heavily on opposition...and neither of them have had enough to be considered top 10.

        1. Matthysse. - Straight up murderer.
        2. Froch. - Original gangster, fights anyone.
        3. Marquez. - Probably roiding his nutsack off, but still a living legend.
        4. Ward. - Hometown cherry picker, but he delivers (apart from occasional cheating).
        5. Golovkin. - Has the skills of a prime Sugar Ray Robinson and the power of Earnie Shavers.
        6. Mayweather. - Wife beating cherrypicker, but he is good.
        7. Rigondeaux. - He's good.
        8. Hopkins. - Geriatric and going senile, but still beating World champions.
        9. Leo Santa Cruz - Baby Margarito, will give the Ricans sleepless nights for the next decade).
        10. Antonio Tarver - Beat the brakes of Kayode, i believe members of Roy Jones camp tampered with his drug test to besmirch his name.

Talk about anything boxing related here. Where the boxing discussion is always Non Stop!

              1. mayweather
              2. rigondeaux*
              3. ward
              4. marquez
              5. mares
              6. pacquiao
              7. wlad
              8. martinez
              9. bradley**
              10. donaire***

              * i previously had donaire at #2 so it'd be silly not to put rigo there after the beating he put on him
** based mainly on the pacquiao fight, in which he largely fought on equal terms with pacman even though he probably didn't deserve the nod
*** still has one of the best resumes in boxing, and lest we forget he did actually knock rigondeaux down

i haven't seen enough of roman gonzalez to make a fully qualified assessment on him. matthysse will make the list if (read: when) he beats garcia, and while golovkin passes the eye test with flying colours, his resume is desperately lacking big names at the moment. mikey garcia could also use another top win.
