No, losing a fight these days is a massive deal, so fighters are matched much more carefully
Can any current or future fighters do anything at all to be considered GOAT

My answer would be no because we are witnessing a new a day and a new age in the sport of boxing. In today's game, the fighters are divas and are making too much money; So much so that they have the luxury of cherry picking and choosing their opponents based on the risk and reward system. I place much of this blame on their handlers. They don't want their fighters taking on risky challenges, unless they are going to be handsomely rewarded or compensated for it.
In the old days however, the throwback fighters, didn't have that luxury. They fought whichever opponent who were available to them at the time and didn't earn nearly as much money as today's fighters do today. In addition, they wouldn't allow the lack of money to prevent the boxing fans from seeing the fights that they wanted to see. This is what put them in the GOAT status.
Furthermore, the throwback fighters were a lot busier too. Many of them would fight every other week as opposed to every six Months to a Year as many the current crop of boxers do and because of it many have over two hundred fights on their resumes which cements their legendary status in the sport.Comment
