I never said he won cleanly, I said he won the fight and everything points towards the fight NOT being a robbery. Is that all you can go on? The amount of times a fighters head gets snapped back? That's weak at best. How are you to say how much power a punch has? You aren't the one being hit in the face... for someone trying to act un-bias you are using no facts, just opinion, and that's what is crushing your own view point.cleaner shots mean the more meaningful shots,, jmm on numerous occasions countered manny and snapped his head back,,,,
and what experts are you talking about,,, guys trained to watch punches,, gtfooh,,,, it doesnt take a genius to see which guy was landing cleanly and which guys was throwing volleys with no real effect,,,
just count how many times manny's head snapped back and he went to the ropes vs how many times jmm did that,,,,
jmm won the fight,,,,
anybody unbiased can see that,,, manny made a tactical error and tried to box the boxer,, hence why he came out guns blazing vs jmm in the 4th fight,, he knew he got lucky in the 3rd fight, when trying to outbox jmm
if manny won so cleanly, then why did they fight #4
How can he make a tactical error, yet out land him in 9/12 rounds? How can you even defend Marquez for practically doing nothing of worth in the final 2 rounds because of Nachos comments? You are literally showing nothing of worth, simply you believe Marquez snapped his head back a few times and landed the "cleaner" punches... all opinion, no facts. How can you measure what counts as a clean punch or someones head snapping back? I bet you haven't even counted... you use them as claims but I'm 100% sure you've not even counted, so that speaks to the credibility.
Also, experts, I'm talking about the ringside observers who give the scores of the fight, which practically had it as a draw. However if you mean the compubox scorers, you criticize them but have literally no knowledge on what counts as what. They most likely have to pass specific tests suited to what they do, and I'd damn well trust them more than I trust you or myself to score a punch, because at the end of the day they are TRAINED to do it, PRACTICE it many times and it is there SOLE FOCUS.
It doesn't take a genius to see obvious punches yes, but it also doesn't take a genius to realize being outlanded in 9/12 rounds is practically the definition of being OUT-BOXED. We know Pacquaio has power, don't try and act like his shots have the same power as Paulie Malignaggi or something.
It's pointless arguing with people who ignore facts I guess.Comment

Sounds like someone is too stubborn to observe facts and information.
Going off the crowd is also very dumb, for obvious reasons potential pro-mexican, and the fact it was there 3rd fight could mean more fans hoping to see JMM finally win, and thus attending. Just like Lampley said, the 4th fight was a very mexican crowd in his words, so it makes sense as there rivalry continues the crowd grows in favour of JMM, as Pacquaio fans have witnesses him win vs JMM already, where as JMM fans hadn't... simple really.
Tell me, is it easier to travel from the Philippines to las Vegas, or Mexico to las Vegas?Last edited by T18Z; 08-12-2013, 10:12 PM.Comment

Lmao ! Your a funny guy bro. The only slow leak was the air Manny was breathing out while he was sleeping in his corner after the 6th round. He was making the noise a balloon makes when you streach the opening to let the air out.......

Pac's punches hardly ever look as impressive as JMM's. Looks at his 3kds in fight 1, look at the Cotto kds. Even the second uppercut had way less follow through than any JMM upper. Mosley fight most of all. Canelo couldn't drop an older version and he was teeing off on him. Pac dropped him and sent him running the rest of the night with a very short, harmless looking punch.cleaner shots mean the more meaningful shots,, jmm on numerous occasions countered manny and snapped his head back,,,,

I still think jmm outboxed manny,,,
round 1 manny
round 2 jmm
round 3 manny
round 4 jmm
round 5 jmm
round 6 even
round 7 jmm
round 8 jmm
round 9 jmm
round 10 manny
round 11 even
round 12 manny
thats the way i scored it off the top of my head,,, i thought clearly that jmm totally won all the mid rounds,, early rounds close,, and manny won 2 out of 3 of the late rounds,,,,
Not trying to say that jmm dominated him,, but he def outboxed him,,, just watch it again, and you will see jmm countering manny to perfection,,, manny made a huge mistake and tried to box instead of being a whirlwind,,,Comment

your right,, not trying to dispute what your saying,, manny catches people with punches they dont see ala cotto,,Pac's punches hardly ever look as impressive as JMM's. but i still think jmm did enough to win vs manny in the 3rd fight,,,,,
jmm made a mistake and let off the gas late,, so i wouldnt complain if it was a draw,, but manny didnt win that fight,,,Comment

You had a lot of credible people calling it for Pac. When you tally it up, there were quite a few more press row members calling it for Pac or draw than for JMM. For example both of the scene editors, Cliff and Jake, had it for Pac. As did Graham Houston, who's probably the most insightful, neutral guy out there. Not saying all these guys are always right, but when there's so much dissent it can't be a robbery by definition.Comment
