    Who is over-rating him?

He is an exciting fighter that showed that he thinks in the ring and was able to make proper adjustments to win.

The Guerrero fight if it happens will be very defining and I have him winning that fight

Anyone notice Thurmans Level of Competition so far??? They are throwing him into the fire over and over.

Berto, and Still Broner at this point are taking easier fights.
His resume is already better than Broners.

Beating chaves does not put him over PDL, DeMarco, and Malinaggi. I do think Thurman has the better upside though. TS, nobody is overrating him.

Who's calling him the next Tommy Hearns? How does saying he'd beat Broner mean he's being called a great fighter? Who the hell is Adrien Broner?

Thurman's a solid fighter who could potentially be one of the best fighters in the division here soon. He's worth paying attention to. And I think he could absolutely beat Broner's ass.

I see a dude that can **** but also gets real fat after he throws in addition to being off balance. I see no consistent jab either. Not hating, I think he is a fun action fighter but there should be a limit to how much elite status this guy gets--especially now with his resume.
            Inb4 OP exaggerated too hard.

Please do not put words in my mouth. Thats not cool.

I said there was a post saying Broner is nobody until he fights the likes of Thurman. They are both relatively unproven so beating each other doesnt make them elite.

I figured people would just gloss over the point and pretend this is some sort of pro-Broner topic...jeez but not this egregiously

I guess youse havent seen all the Thurman comments...

Well I guess some people would overrate him currently if they believe in his talent. I understand wanting to see stuff out of a guy, but I also understand fans who try to look beyond the obvious and pick out who they think will be good before they become well known and everybody knows the deal.

I don't see what is wrong with trying to be ahead of the curve on guys~ and I can see why people like Thurman.

Yeah, and for a loudmouth he's pretty well spoken and smart, when he can remember what city he's in.
