The fighter I respect most is the one who works 2 jobs, has a family to feed and still finds a way to get to the gym to pursue his dream.

I respect any man who gets in the ring. I've had for fun sparring sessions with friends and it is really intense. 30 seconds sparring feels like 30 minutes.

How could anyone respect Antonio Margarito????????

I respect Muhammad Ali more than anyone. The guy fought about 5-6 years too long, but damn did he fight everyone he possibly could and gave us wars when his legs weren't what they were. And on top of that, not only did he fight everyone good or great in his time, he beat them all too.

Cooper, Liston, Chuvalo, Terrell, Mildenberger, Folley, Quarry, Frazier, Ellis, B. Foster, Foreman, Patterson, Bonavena, Bugner, Norton, Lyle, Young, Shavers. He beat every top guy in his time and it was when heavyweight boxing was at it's peak from the 60's-70's.

pfft there are just so many fighters whom I have deeply respect for,

but if I had to pick one it would be Pau Williams.
Boxers were ducking him left and right while he himself took on the toughest and even some undefeated fighters.
                Sergio Martinez
                Walther Matthysse
                Antonio Margarito
                Nobuhiro Ishida
                Erislandy Lara (despite the decision)

And I respect him for his positive attitude towards life after his tragic accident.

                  Right now, Froch. Self-explanatory.

Ever, Marvin Hagler. Did it the hard way every step of the way and when he finally took control, he damn well kept a stranglehold.

Amir Khan. Dude gets knocked down every fight but always stands up and wants to continue. Always wants to fight the most dangerous opponent and wants to challenge him self. Love him or hate him, the dude is not someone who looks for the easy route.
