This is a hilariously crap attempt to diss Pac. They're both the richest if that's what you mean but I sense that's not the main point here. Jay Z is just a mainstream dude, hasn't dropped anything good for the best part of 10 years. When Em and Jay were on Renegade together (back when Jay was actually good and didn't produce all the mainstream horse ****) Em owned Jay. Check out the Big L (an infinitely better MC than Jay, RIP) and Jay Z 97 Freestyle or Da graveyard, L murders Jay so hard it's embarrassing even though Jay was alright back than. Jay has had his ass whooped many times if we're honest. Eminem is a much much much much much better lyricist than Jay Z without a doubt and even though he's mainstream also he does still drop the odd good track unlike Hov.
