I'm going out on a limb here and say... Wlad.

There's no way in hell I could say Wilder hits harder than Wlad. He hasn't proved it yet. It's all fine he has a 100% KO record, but how many of the heavyweight divisions top 10 wouldn't have if they had fought the same guys?
