Is Marquez being tested by VADA??If not, then yes he rejected VADA..

I can't speak to Bradley contract with TR being nobody really knows the details of it,outside of Bradleys camp and TR..Mistakes happen, dumb is an overstatement imo..

Is VADA in JMM contract? Is USADA in Bradley contract? If not then they both reject it by your statement. And no it would be DUMB and IDIOTIC if Bradley's team cannot valid a contract enough for Arum to find a loophole in it. If they can't handle that one then I feel sorry for Bradley when dealing with Arum.

I guess he mistakenly thought it was in the contract and has since learned otherwise.

Don't know much about this stuff but from what I've read, VADA has caught people out which has resulted in fights being cancelled ie Khan-Peterson II whereas USADA do that, 'if samples A and B have tested positive, we'll just wait to see what happens with sample C after the fight.' Which is what happened with Garcia-Morales II.

I can see why Marquez would prefer USADA: they seem to keep testing until you get a clean sample. Speculation of Marquez began with his last fight with Pac, doesn't look good when he's avoiding VADA who he initially agreed to.

I'll put it this way, if there was no issues with the drug testing and who does it, we wouldn't be debating this. The fact that it has caused controversy speaks volumes to me.

Bradley had no issue with testing by USADA as long as Marquez was tested by VADA..Marquez wanted Bradley to have some kinda re-hydration clause in order to be tested by VADA(lol)..So yes,Marquez did reject testing by VADA..Bradley never rejected any testing..

Dumb and Idiotic(lol)so you believe team Bradley to be the first ever to sign a contract with loopholes in it??Come on now, there is still testing which is the most important thing..Like I said your dumb idiotic claim is a bit of an overstatement tbh..Who could have guessed Marquez would have such an issue with being tested by a certain agency??

According to JMM he has no problem with VADA but he prefers USADA and he agreed to both didn't reject anyone like you claimed, according to Bradley he preferred VADA but he didn't reject USADA. So your accusation that he reject VADA is baseless, Again was VADA in the contract that JMM signed? If not he didn't reject shet, if Team Bradley are dumb enough not to enforce VADA in the contract then Timothy should blame them not try and tarnish JMM. Arum is ******** both fighters and laughing all the way to the bank but we still have idiots blaming JMM

This random testing done by the Commission is a step in the right direction, despite people on this forum whining and moaning. This also removes the conflict of interest with Promoters and Fighters using an independent agency who they pay.

Most importantly though, in the future, NSAC can potentially do year-round random drug testing! Where if a fighter tests positive, he will actually face penalties. Right now, if year-round testing is done by VADA or USADA -- there is no penalty unless it's in training camp! But now since NSAC is doing things themselves -- that is a big game changer. I don't think many understand just how major this step is.
I don't think you understand how shady vegas is.... And how much pull arum has

That's why he needs to blame his own team not accuse JMM or rejecting testing. JMM has alway been about testing as long as you get tested too, and there is nothing wrong with JMM or Bradley having a preference for USADA or VADA.

I have a lot of respect for Bradley.

There's is no doubt in my mind that Marquez is on the juice.
