So Uncle Bob is bringing in NSAC to administer the USADA tests for Marquez? Brilliant. Pass over that brown envelope, Bob.

Pretty much this, Arum doesn't want to pay either VADA or USADA a penny to test either fighter, he has probably promise both fighter that there would be testing, JMM probably prefers USADA while Bradley probably prefers VADA.. in the end Arum runs the show and brings whichever testers that he wants (NSAC) in the case. Now Bradley is whining which I understand why but to the wrong person, he shouldn't be scared of Arum IMO, he should face him or pull out of the fight like he claimed he would do. That would make Arum sit up and yes I know Bradley would lose money but if his contract says VADA/USADA then it should be those 2 agencies not NSAC.

Your rehydration clause point is irrelevant, JMM is a name and he can make demands from a contract point of view, you still haven't show me where JMM himself said he wouldn't do VADA/USADA testing (Randomly), all I see his Bradley whining over comments coming from Arum and the lack of action regarding non testing so far. I haven't heard JMM saying he doesn't want to get tested. Arum is the only one I have heard from saying he doesn't want VADA/USADA doing any testing for the fight accept for NSAC... So again why are people throwing a bone at JMM, why aren't people complaining about Arum? If you are dumb enough to work with Arum then you got to be brave enough to call him out, don't call out JMM for a job that the promoter of the fight should be doing.

Promoters don't get involved with testing, it's something the fighters agree on and deal with..Arum is getting involved cause again as I said, Marquez wants a re-hydration clause or won't be tested by Vada..So Arum has come up with an alternative solution..Does not change the fact that testing became an issue because of Marquez..

This is exactly how I see it too, if he thinks JMM is on drug then why fight him? I just feel like he is making excuses because there is ZERO evidence that JMM doesn't want testing. And JMM is a clean fighter period. All these idiots claiming he looked like an animal because he baulked up are just that IDIOTS. He alway had power but he was losing his last fight before he came up with a devastating power punch. If anyone of the fighters have a problem then they should check their contracts with their teams or speak to Arum not accuse each other of not wanting testing when they haven't said otherwise.

I haven't seen anyone made any issue of testing apart from Bradley, I haven't seen anyone su****ious of JMM apart from Pacquiao hurt supporters and now Bradley whining little 5 fans, again Facts are JMM hasn't made any sort of issue over testing. This is not a Pac blatant ducking random testing with ridiculous excuses. This is Bob Arum taking control of his fighters the way he normally does, you eat with the devil then deal with the consequences.

And what would be his motivation for lying? Furthermore how are you so certain about the details of both contracts? Have you read them both yourself? Are you a party to either fighter? If not, your statement is nothing more than an unfounded opinion full of speculations.
