YEAH! He could easily move back down 147 and finish out his contract, I am sure he would also get a rematch immediately which is in the contract

It all depends on how he lose, if loses via ROBBERY that really won't hurt him at all and he will just activate his rematch clause. If he looks old and takes a beating (which is not likely) then maybe he retires. If he wins but needs help form the judges to get past Canelo, he likely moves down to 147 and finish his career their and never fight above that again


Taking Mayweather 0 is not going to be easy, your likely going to need a lucky KO to take Mayweather 0, I don't see Judges just handing his 0 over especially in Vegas where he still Generates A LOT OF MONEY

If he lost, he would've lost to the better man that night. He would ask for a rematch and do it again. A KO loss would certainly set him back emotionally and perhaps psychologically.
But I don't believe it would devastate him knowing he's been on top for so long.
