Why does Roach care if Marquez won't fight Pacquiao. Pacquiao has already beaten Marquez 2 times and knocked him down about 12 times.

You mean besides the fact it took practically 9 years and constant chasing for jmm to get his rematches??? 4 yes for the first...another 3+ for the next.
