When Manny Pacquiao faces Brandon Rios on November 23rd he will be fighting to keep his career a float and erasing the memory of him being knocked out cold almost a year ago at the hands of longtime rival Juan Manuel Marquez.

The knockout loss has been a focal point throughout the international press tour for Pacquiao-Rios and according to trainer Freddie Roach, it’s a loss they still want to avenge. The only reason he doesn't want a fifth fight is that the fourth provided a definitive ending. Something the previous 3 never managed. The whole point of the fourth fight (and the third, for that matter) was to put the rivalry to bed for good. Marquez did that. No more questions to be asked.

CompuBox is a dude sitting ringside pushing buttons. Personally, I m schooled enough to watch the fight for myself and know what the hell is going on. Pac had the momentum, but he was not taking JMM to the woodshed. And with the number of momentum swings that have taken place over the 42rds these two have fought. Its very likely that JMM would have had more good moments had Pac not gotten sleepy.
