Suppose its not too bad when you take into consideration a year back he was fighting a middleweight contender carrying 100lbs of excess lard that was inactive for two years.

Wake me up when this guy fights somebody, anybody in say the top 30-40.

So much for fighting a top Russian I really hope Liakhovich ends the hype already.

What hype? Anybody with a half of brain knows that Wilder and his windmil punches (new alternative source of electricity) is garbage.

I do think he's got potential but I've come to mildly dislike him at the moment due to the pathetic level of opponent. This will be a small step up but christ almighty how long until he gets in there with somebody anyway decent at all?
lets see him in there with ... chisora, helenius, pulev, scott, thompson, fury ... hell even david price would make for an interesting bust up. There's plenty of options a few levels above the guys he's fighting now, go through two or three of them and then lets see a klit fight

I think this is a good and respectable step up. Former Olympian, former WBO champion, never stopped early no matter the losses. Who cares about all the fights before. This is what's happening next. And there's nothing wrong with it at all.

I love this guy. I LOVE HIM. He's exactly how a Heavyweight Champion SHOULD look like.
I agree. He looks like the perfect HW champion. Big strong athletic and a ripped physique. I also like the fact that he's an aggresive minded boxer with a HUGE punch BUT unfortunately when it comes to boxing skills...dude is so limited.

It's only a matter of time until he gets knocked out. I really hope he wins tonight but I wouldn't be surprised if Liakhovich beats him.

Except that it's a terrible, disgusting mismatch

liakhovic is sh.it...the only reason he ever held that wbo belt was because brewster was fighting him with one eye for 12 rounds
