3- China is too busy being a world super power .. they will NEVER support a boxer the way the Phippinees does. Even if China had a ultra dominate Welterweight... he will still not reach the popularity of a Pacquaio because I believe as do many marketing experts that in the lesser Countries(economy wise) they will support the poor kid growing up more so than the Economic Power houses.

There's something romantic about someone coming out of a place like The Phippiness or Panama..... to reach the top.
