I really hope Marquez is clean and I think he will be.

Yes he did and i agree that he should be starting the testing cause right now it looks bad but isnt it Arum responsibility to enforce it.
What im saying is this shouldn't be this hard when its signedLast edited by Fetta; 08-06-2013, 10:56 PM.Comment

Well, not like he's resisting testing... but Bradley just got tested, so Marquez should be tested within the week
Both sides of the argument are acting like we've seen the contract.
I wish we could see.
Honestly, I'm starting to think it was nothing more than a verbal agreement that wasn't in the contract.Comment

the contract probabley says just "independent agency"
which vada is, dunno about the others
i thought it'd be somthing like that, originally saw it as "usada/vada" which can be seen as usada OR vada
anyway, if true, tim can beg all he wants, they got the loopholeComment

Very interesting video.
Arum: Drug testing is under the contract. And it will be conducted by the Nevada athletic commission hiring an independent agency to do it. That's what the contract says and that's what's being done.
Interviewer: And what about Tim Bradley's claims that he had VADA and USADA in his contract?
Arum: Well he should read the contract.Comment
