I highly doubt the NSAC would randomly test Bradley, but not Marquez too.

According to Mannix, Arum paid NSAC 35k for the testing and they'll be using a WADA-accredited lab in Utah.

so bradley is getting tested twice lol...VADA and now random testing with NSAC..don't know why that's even necessary..just stick with VADA...i don't even trust NSAC has what it takes to carry out this extra testing and be considered legit....

VADA is voluntary now for some reason and Bradley's the only one doing it since Marquez doesn't want testing

That's the main question right now, why pay for the NSAC to conduct the testing if VADA/ or USADA was in the contract, I don't see the need for this. I could understand overseeing the test but this?!

It's like I got to speak in caps or exclamation marks cause I gotta make sense of all this. Why in the hell is Arum bringing in the NSAC to conduct the testing when USADA/ or VADA is in the contract? I can't think of any other reason than to cover for Marquez, I really can't. Somebody help me out here.

I know damn well Arum isn't gonna spend no 35gs if VADA was already in control, absolutely no way.
