Wtf.. No.. Wilder is 28-0.. soon to be 29.
His opponents average life span is 2.1 Rounds and he have a 100% KO Ratio.

You are using a 10 fight example.. because you want to enforce your point...

No shyt a 10-0 10 KO Prospect is not as good as a 45 Fight Vet with 20 KO'S because it's only 10 fights.

Why not use a higher number of fights? How about this:

A 25-0 25 KO Fighter who's opponents last an average of 1 round

    vs

    a
45-5 Vet with 20 KO'S who's opponents last an average of 4 Rounds.

The 25-0 Fighter with 25 KO'S is statistically more dominant. That's common sense.

Once again the reason you used a 10 fight example is because that's too big of a disparity.
So you can better illustrate your point.

Wilder does not have 10 fights. He have had 28 fights.. soon to be 29.

I suspect the OPs intention was a joke thread anyway, but he didn't take well to the vitriol that came his way.

      Surely, enough already.

      This is just silly.
Bull****. Academic terms= What I stated. You guys are refuting my thread with BOXING TERMS like 'in boxing this means dominance, in boxing this means being good' .. that have NOTHING what so ever to do with academic terms and mathematical stats... Mathematically ... Wilder is the most statistically dominate fighter in boxing right now. THAT'S academic.

Boxing wise.... Ward or Mayweather is the most dominant. That's BOXING.

But if we go into stats alone.. Wilder is #1. How is this hard to understand?

Before entering the world of boxing, Deontay worked as a firefighter. He'd punch the front door open and the other firemen would run inside.

True yet its still a valid one because ko% is not really a basis for dominance in boxing quality wins over quality opponents are though it was impressive how short a night he had this evening if he keeps winning and stepping up his class of opponent he will get praise and just due.

There is no statistic that measures dominance you ****.

Dominance in boxing is not clearly defined in any way therefore completely objective. The only thing that could prove someone as being a statistically dominant fighter is if they came up with a sabermetric to include all facets of a fighters resume (KO's, fights, opponent rank, etc.) to rank them against every fighter in the sport, like a WAR in baseball. Even then it would be a fairly loose stat.

But you don't have that statistic. You are handpicking two stats then defining them as dominance and claiming that it is 'statistically proven'

Look up Pros v Joes and see what Gatti did to a "Walmart" heavyweight.

silly thread, but at least wilder's superhuman punching power is being discussed. all you need to complete the discussion is talk of his flaws, and the deliberate manner with which he should be moved.

                      he still needs rounds.
