khan lost, and got ko'd and has looked like sht ever since(more so because of leaving roach)
pacquiao has been declining as he slowly did less and less of ariza's training until finally came the fight he did none of ariza's training and although he looked pretty good, got sparked

first off, pac never said anything, those reports came from his advisor, koncz
pacquiao asked for testing, they were originally going with usada(floyd loves these guys), but arum said they should use vada, so he did

obviously he doesn't really care who it is aslong as the testing is done
