I think Thurman is trying to get a fight with Khan. But I see khan trying to fight one of the 147 champs(Alexander). Or maybe he should try to get Broner, if Broner dont fight Maidana. But I agree with Thurman, I see alot of WW that would give Khan alot of trouble.

I guarantee Khan gets knocked out again at welterweight.

Personally I'd love to see Khan beat up on Broner, why is noone mentioning that?
There's a great match-up that I'd pay to see. Khan makes it so easy to dislike him, but he would be so much fun to root for against Boner. He's got the power and foot/hand speed to beat him too. Love to see this fight.

dirk diggler, I agree wit u completely. Thurman has power and toughness, but he hasnt faced any world class competition. Khan has already fought and beat Malignaggi, Kotelnick, Judah, and Maidana. He got robbed vs Peterson and won first 3 rds vs Garcia bf he got caught.
true, he has a bad chin and Thurman could catch him. BUT, he would hav a real good shot to outbox him and win a 119-109 decision. Khan is fast, has skills, and toughness too. It would be an interesting fight. anyone that thinks Khan doesnt stand a chance just started watching boxing 2 months ago and knows nothing bout the sport

Khan is so much better than Thurman it ain't even funny. Unfortunately, Khan doesn't have the chin to consistantly at a high level.

Forget co-main event money, it's a fucking travesty that GBP gave him that prize money for the KO. Soto Karass should be 10 grand richer right now.
thurman ko'd a more solid opponent so i have no beefs with him getting the bonus.

Sounds like Thurman is taking a swipe at Mayweather saying he doesn't know why fights go the distance.

Khan certainly has a chance, but any reasonable person can see why so many people could imagine a steeled, hard-charging fighter like Thurman putting it on a guy like Khan. Sure, Khan has the better resume and probably has more natural talent, but he looks vulnerable pretty much every time out; no matter who he fights. His fights are exciting primarily because he is so damn vulnerable. Thurman needs to work on his defense quite a bit still, but he is a beast who poses a threat to any WW, right now. I'd go with the majority and call an early to mid-rounds KO (probably a highlight reel KO). Definitely not going to the cards. I can't see Khan being sharp enough to handle this guy for 10-12 rds.
