Khan can stay away from all the big punchers at 147 and still get the biggest payday in his career. If Khan gets the DA fight and IF he wins he has a straight shot at floyd without ever facing Thurman and co.

Personally I'd love to see Khan beat up on Broner, why is noone mentioning that?

Is Thurman still fighting for that co-main event money?

Is that why he still looks like someone who might deal me crystal meth?

Minus Alexander I'd agree with you. Like RJJ said last year, Khan has the style to trouble Mayweather, not saying he'll win or be anywhere near winning but he'd trouble Floyd cos of reach, height and speed. Floyd wins wide though but not as easy ppl make it out to be.

I still maintain he beats Bradley and whoops Broner.

            Pacman will kill him!

More like he looks and fights like a WW version of Haye. Both have mouths that won't stop, either.

Forget co-main event money, it's a fucking travesty that GBP gave him that prize money for the KO. Soto Karass should be 10 grand richer right now.

while I agree with Thurman that khan can mess with the top tier at 147 I also believe that khan would box circles around Thurman. unless Thurman is referring to himself as top tier that would be just laughable

Since the Quintana fight Thurman has demonstrated to me he's capable of being the goods one day. Solid chin, great boxing generalship, punching power that is carried through all the rounds, and a poised composure while learning on the job. It would of been a huge breakout for Keith had Maidana taken the fight a while ago. Maidana should of taken it while he was green.

@147 he would destroy IMO. Khan was nothing but a temporary sparkle for boxing I think his time is done on his journey path attempting to be an elite. Thurman vs Brook is what I want to see. FOTY late stoppage by Thurman IMO they'll cross paths sooner or later.

He's right. That is why Team Khan are taking all the nonsense from Cunningham, because Devon is the perfect match-up style for him. Alexander doesn't punch with authority, he's not a pressure fighter, he has a paper belt.

I like Amir (even though he's a moron) but it's really not going to happen for him at 147. The kid simply cannot take a flush shot. At the elite level, you have to be able to absorb punches better than he does. I am 100% sure that Mayweather, with his exceptional accuracy and underrated pop, would KO him.

Look at the September 14 card. Everyone on that card can take a punch, so the fights don't come down to someone having the liability of having a weak chin.

Amir simply cannot hang in that company.

At some point, his parents have to step in and ask how many times they want to see their son get concussed.
