Exactly lol... He beat Cotto and all of a sudden everybody was afraid of him. The he faces Mosley and gets the snot knocked out of him! But you know know these fans need somebody's nutt's to hop on! And after fighters like Margarito git destroyed they find somebody else to jock.

Na, Margarito was the first of a long list of hopes for the Please Kick Floyd Mayweather's Ass fan club. Back then, Floyd only fought lil guys and was ducking true welterweights. Here 5-6yrs later, the welterweight division is probably the best in booxing and Floyd is criticized for fighting the top welters. It only makes sense if you're ******ed.

Some of the fighters of this era are a disgrace. "He needs to fight so and so first". How did things in boxing get so b1tchmade. "Take my tests or no fight". "I only fight in this town". "He needs to beat him first". Etc. Champs of the past said, "you think you can beat me, sign here."

Enough with these prima donnas. And before you spout srl, just remember who he actually fought.

No one is hyping Stevens? Have you been reading these threads? Because of what some are saying about him I thought that he was possibly the second coming of John "The Beast" Mugabi. I then looked at his record and he actually looks as if he has pretty average power against pretty average competition. I also never questioned if he should fight GGG because I honestly don't care.

The welterweight division currently has 5 guys rated in Ring magazine's P4P top 10. I can't think of a better division in the sport. If you can, feel free.

It's a weird division though, freaking Guerrero somehow got ranked #3 without beating a contender. Even got in Ring p4p, for Berto lol. Where's Kell Brook ranked these days?

This has absolutely nothing nothing to do with GGG having to fight someone else. He is UNIVERSALLY RECOGNIZED as the #1 contender of the division. But the people looking after the 1 guy above him, and the people representing the many guys below him, only look for reasons not to fight him.
This is not a lie. This is not made up. All you need to do is dig around for their quotes and you will find them.

Same with Stevens people, Kathy Duva, she does not want to put her guy in with GGG. This is known already. K2 has been trying. None of them want to see their fighters get pummeled. Yes that is how they see their guy ending up if they fight GGG.
