TWC must be out of their minds. As most people pointed out they are dropping CBS, which is arguably the biggest network on cable. They will cave in a few weeks. Once people realize that they will be missing out on the NFL and college football **** will hit the fan.

TWC's likely response to the NFL argument

      1. Buy a $30 converter box, get full access to everything on CBS like it is now.

      2. Buy NFL Sunday Ticket on Time Warner (about $300). If your want to save money than buy Madden 25 collectors edition ($100) which comes with a code for 1 year of Sunday Ticket free which you can watch on your computer, tablet or cell phone. If you want to watch it on your TV than hook it up with a HDMI cable and sell your copy of the game for 50 bucks.

      TWC ain't ****in around

they will come to an agreement soon, too much money would be lost. I'll give them 2 weeks tops.

One of the sides will fold before the NFL season. I'm 100% confident of that.

I'd be content with the Madden 25 offer if it wasn't "online only" for Sunday Ticket. I'm sure millions people who aren't technically proficient will feel the same way. Even though I know how to use mobile devices to get the content to my TV, it's a major inconvenience, and there are tons of people who don't know how to do this. And that will be a major driving force to get a deal done between the sides.

Buying a $30 convertor box and hooking it up to your TV once isn't complicated.

I'm thinking about buying Madden 25 just so I can watch sunday ticket when I'm at work. There are some benefits to having it "online only"

And TWC holds all the cards. They already called CBS's bluff and they are ready to stand pat. They are already lining up replacement networks to fill the slot. And I don't care either way because it doesn't affect me but CBS needs to realize that they need TW and not the other way around

It's less complicated to call up ATT and say hey I want U-Verse.

I would be more concerned if it was Comcast or Fios

Not worried about it. It'll obviously be back on before the NFL and NCAA Football season starts or shyt is going to get ****ed up.
