Duran genuinely doesn't respect Mayweather on certain levels and he is not alone in that feeling.

Duran is not only an ATG boxing legend but he is also a boxing fan. He like all boxing fans, is tired of Floyd being a coward.

Duran has also said that Pacquiao is trash and he'd beat him in his prime. This was after the 3rd fight with Marquez. Be was pissed after Marquez got robbed.

I would pay so much money to see Duran-Pacquiao. Yeah, Duran would kick his ass, but it would be a great fight.

I think Roberto is pissed at nobody taking care of Floyd. His hands must be itching because he probably knows exactly how to beat him. Just by simply roughing him up, hitting him everywhere, non stop and be able to take punishment while dishing it out. Roberto had the stamina, the power, the will and the ring IQ to do it.

There is a reason why Floyd ducked Margarito and the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight did not get made.

This is a sensible post as to why Duran's been bashing Mayweather. He's "itching" to go back in the ring and wants to do it himself.

Probably because Floyd labels himself as some invincible Boxing God when he's never faced a real challenge like the ones that were available in duran's time during the golden age of boxing.

Floyd would have a ****load of trouble with even the lower-classed elites like Aaron Pryor. Imagine Floyd in a 15 rounder against the Hawk.

That alone would be the hardest fight he has ever gone through times 3.

Let alone 15 rounds against the legends Hagler, Duran, Hearns and Leonard. Every fight against these guys is the fight of your life. Just like a Prime Pacquiao.

I'm sure a bit of it is envy, Duran is a great fighter but he was never able to reach the heights financially when compared to the other guys in his era particularly Leonard. Floyd is very similar in his sucess to Leonard and Ali etc. In fact I'd call him their financial successors. Butits been clear for some time he didn't like Floyd. He really doesn't seem to like Leonard much either.
