You sure did give Rigo his props after the fact, im not denying that. Me "complaining" or being "jealous" is what im still confused on.

That would be sweet, him peppering Lucas and Matthysse occasionally returning some fire to keep it interesting.

And everyone knows that an interim title is not worth jack. So, the way I see it they didn't think much of loosing that title because in reality it's another way for these boxing organizations to collect another fee...it's nothing more. Oh and since you mentioned Atlas...he also commented on the so called interim titles nonsense. Don't get me wrong I do believe that title or no title you should always make the weight you agreed to. Now, I have been following Fortuna for a little and can't think of another time when he had weight issues so can you please point me to at least another fight where that was a problem please? And yes once more I'll agree with you that he needs to really work on his stamina but I think that the problem with Fortuna is that he gets disillusioned when he gives his apponent all he has and can't take him out of there. Then he kind of falls back and, perhaps, because of this we think he is not in shape. I have seen him do this and personally I think it's not good. He needs to learn to be patient and that if he works hard round after round eventually as the beating mounts he will get the job done. That's my take on this....not that I'm an expert or anything...just a dedicated fan of the sweet science.

Perhaps, he feels that his fights alone are not bringing him enough exposure and this way maybe people will pay more attention? Is the only reason why I see him doing this because he never really hit me as the arrogant type but who knows I could be wrong....or perhaps, it's a stragedy to get in Franco's head. Either way it should be a good fight.
He may be trying to market himself more since he has the power to end fights. Hopefully it is based on a game plan. But Fortuna is the opposite of a protected fighter. It is one solid opponent after another. Jessie Magdaleno and Jose Benevidez are what I call protected. Fortuna and team seem to be willing to fight ANYONE.

You may be right. It's a common failing of young fighters with power. They often become discouraged when their opponent doesn't just collapse under their might. That's why I think Franco is a dangerous opponent for Javier. Luis has been around and he's fought the distance in a ten and twelve rounder. Franco's style might cause him to get knocked out, but it might also push the young Fortuna to his limits.

Here are the likely scenarios I see for this match-up: either Javier scores a KO before the sixth, or Luis pulls a late TKO or decision win. I'm looking forward to getting a better idea of what both these guys have to offer.
