i heard pac's wife is american is that true?
Why does Pacquiao have so much more POWER over the other boxers

pac is just a natural power puncher. to be honest i don't know how either, his balance is terrible. if he would focus on his balance more he would be even more devistating.
his balance being poor is another reason why is easily countered too.
Pac does have big calves so he gets good leverage from his legs when he throws punches. but after he throws a big punch or a combo he's off balanced and usually out of position.
but all that can be corrected......
he sure can punch though!Comment

The reason why he gets countered often is that he always let's go of his hands first. Offense first before defense.
People saying that PAC has bad balance is blind. PAC's body naturally recoils from the awesome power punches he generates. When you have the punching power of a 140-147 lbs'er, your body will surely recoild form impact.
The minor adjustment that PAC has to do is keep his hands up when he attacks. His body will naturally recoil from the impact of his bombs.Comment

Actually, Manny will always be out of balance after throwing his power punches. It's no secret that he leaps with his shots, and thus, he'll always be out of balance. Of course, when he connects, as he did to Morales in the 2nd round, I don't think any boxer with a human chin would stand up to that. So Manny is usually always punching to put you away, and that results in him being off balance or easily counter punched at times. I guess he's willing to accept the punches he'll get in return because he knows that his punches when they land, will do more damage than he'll recieve. The huge calves help to launch him with all his weight when he does his leap, so that is where he'd get an advantage over most other boxers that try the leaping trick.Originally posted by deuce_droppac is just a natural power puncher. to be honest i don't know how either, his balance is terrible. if he would focus on his balance more he would be even more devistating.
