He is just a very hard worker, and it has allot to do with genetics. I heard he plays allot of billiards on his free time, maybe that helps his concentration in the ring

          Here's my theory:

Pac starved himself at 17 years of age to stay at 108, stunting his growth yet this helped him keep his quickness.

His brother grew normal and fought closer to his natural weight. This slowed his hand speed a bit.

I think this is why Pac is so damn fast, he stayed slim and kept his quickness.

he doesnt have so much more power. he has very heavy hands, but he beat morales because he beat him down for many rounds, not becuase he has great one punch ko power. he is powerful, but thats mostly genetic

I think he trains himself on hard punching than anyone.

AS for Morales KO, Morales is a very tough guy with one of strongest chin in his division as well as he have great determination to stant up so to make him fall you really need to hit him more than once.

At least Morales have lost to a worthy guy

Yes you're right. Genetics contributed a lot in his speed and power.

A theory i remember about was the lifestyles Filipino has. Filipinos had just only gained national development in the 1980's... so what about then?

Filipinos before the national development has no "hi-Technologies" meaning, they instill the instincts of being "manual"... so in any physical activity they enter, they would prefer doing manual things which they usually, are used to them. In turn the physical aspect of the person is fully developed and enhanced, as well as the psychological aspect.

Specially in the provinces, which has a lot of manual work. I think manny developed his stamina because not only of his training with freddie roach, but also of what kind of physical activity he has when he was still a kid. He went into construction working, carrying heavy loads in Bay areas... and also the perseverance that he embedded in his mind.

i think it really made pacquiao a hard puncher...

This is quite common among male and especially female gymnasts. Most of them are quite small in stature but quite powerful. There seems to be some hushed up controversy about their diets since they remain so small yet powerful.
