where does all that strength come from or could it be from his diet?

Diet has nothing to do with power, it's all genetics. Also punching power has nothing to do with how strong a person is, like how much weight you can left. I bet guys like Chico & Tito are not strong like some bodybuilders, but I bet they hit harder.

His technique also contributes to his power. He puts all of his weight behind his punches.

He throws his weight behind his left. You'll see he lunges a bit. Also, his legs are quite strong so.....you got a strong arm, strong pecs, plus 130 pounds going into that punch.

            Right on the bucket.

            1. genetics - PAC is an exceptional boxer who posseses unbelievable speed and power. I think no one who has started at 108 had effectively demolished HOF fighters before. That's testament to his skill.

            2. Technique - PAC posseses great balance and he is able to utilize that balance to harness his punches using his full weight.

Look at the size of his legs. Just like Hamed who had great power. I think alot of it is generated from there!

His GOD given gifts, and proper technique.

Look at him throw a punch, I'd say 90% of his punches are thrown with him setting down on them, and punching through his target.
