not if he keeps knocking people out.

nowhere near interested in this fight. i guess all u need is a little power and ur viewed as a viable mayweather opponent. and then when he beats these guys, itll be interesting to hear how they are easily dismissed as opposition.

Thurman and Matthysse is THE fight right now, IMO...if Lucas gets passed Garcia easily that is...

Thurman is not quite ready for Mayweather, but he is getting close. I like that he changed his style up a little bit in the Chaves fight. He started off trying to knock the guy out with one punch. When he saw that one punch was not enough and found that Chaves had some power of his own, he realized he needed to give some movement, use his jab some and work for the knockout. That was a god learning experience for him and I think that if he gets two more tough fights to learn from, he'd be ready. A fight against Broner should take time to build up, but any two or 3 fights against Maidana, Ghost, Ortiz, Berto, Alexander would be good step ups for him before he fights Money. Thurman is young and still trying to make a name for himself so he could possibly fight 6 - 8 times before Mayweather completes his last 5 fights, plus, I don't see Mayweather (assuming he stays undefeated) stopping at 49 and 0. I think he will at least go for 50.

Thurman vs. anyone is a great fight.
Thurman/Matthysse, wouldn't wanna see it. 2 of my favorite fighters going at it. One of them comes out ruined.
Thurman/Garcia, Garcia dies.
Thurman/Floyd, give Thurman a couple more fights, then he's ready. Will give Floyd a tough fight, but ultimately lose on the scorecards.
