Why I don't think Thurman can beat Broner @ 147

1. Jab is to slow. He'll barely be able to land it. It's really the only thing he can land.

2. Won't be able to land the right hands or left hooks on Broner. Broner's defense is too good.

3. Power is overrated.

4. Ring generalship is descent.

5. Not a combination puncher

3. Bradley possibly edges him

Broner's defense sucks, but then again Thurman didnt perfom that well either against a Chaves that for some reason stoped fighting after round 5.
Broner and Thurman are both B class fighters, with Broner clearly being the most overrated of the two.

That's because we're talking about Rees, Broner had no reason to respect him. Don't get me wrong though, I'd pick Thurman here. I really like Broner over Maidana and plenty of other WWs, but Thurman is a big 147 and Broner may need to allow himself to adjust to the division before he decides to tangle with Thurman.
