My conclusions are not based on the Trout fight alone. I believe I've watched every Canelo fight in the past ~2 years and there are visible signs of conditioning issues in just about every single one of them, including the Mosley fight. Note, of course, that plenty of fighters manage to grind it out and win 12 round fights even when fatigued. You don't always get knocked out just because you don't have the energy to sustain a high work rate or put your opponent away.
Obviously, you're free to disagree about Canelo's conditioning, but if conditioning truly isn't an issue for Canelo, it begs the question: why do so many people believe it's a problem, and why has his camp made repeated references to it? Fighters who don't have stamina problems usually don't have a reputation and they usually don't treat it like it is an issue.
