Floyd is an extraordinary fighter who's skills would serve him well in any era, that's all that needs to be said.
He hasnt been pushed to the limit because he cherrypicks 90% of his opponents and avoids threats with half a dozen fake retirements,,,

honestly why did floyd retire then comeback, then retire all in the same year,,
then sit out for 18 months,, then another 9 months, then another year... Cuz he is waiting the fight cherrypicks, he just has to wait till they get on a hot streak aka ortiz and guerrero or they are old like shane and cotto..

ANd yes i have seen floyd almost ko'd.... Shane almost took his head off,,, but shane has energy anymore and couldnt follow it up,,,

You started out saying your not a Floyd hater and came across as fair , that's BS your a hater the same as the rest of these idiots , you cannot hate on Floyd and praise Manny when they have the same opponents and Floyd fought and beat them all under much tougher conditions than what Manny did and that pattern is still going on today , with Floyd vs Canelo and Manny vs Rios .

I just call it how i see it,,,

Why does floyd take such long layoffs,,,,,,

Manny has fought ATG like barrera morales and jmm at their best weights in their prime,,
then he also fought hatton at his best weight,,,
So the notion that floyd fights a tougher list of opponents is crazy.....

I give manny crap for making the cotto fight a catchweight, and for probably being on roids,,,,

but when it comes to competition,,, there is no comparision,,,,

people bring up how floyd beat jmm,,, styles makes fights,, did anybody view a slower, older, less powerful, gets hit alot, shorter, counter puncher was going to beat floyd,,,,,
Literally did anyone think JMM was going to what,, outbox floyd, out counter him with his slower hands and footwork...

Manny comes straight for the kill, thats why he stops guys and is an exciting fighter,,
Manny coming straight at jmm will bring the best out of jmm, thats why their fights are so epic,,,,,
        floyd aint coming straight in....

and yes floyd goes on vacation or retires till a guy gets hot and then beats him..... did it with shane, ortiz, ghost,,
cotto was a shell of himself,,, Dude could hardly get past one-legged yuri forman and mayorga...
yet floyd has one of his toughest fights vs cotto,,,,

Why is floyd and canelo at 152 instead of 154????????

floyd cherrypicks 90% of his fights,,,,
that doesnt mean that he is a bad fighter,, floyd is a great fighter,, he has just sheltered himself,,,

        • When/if floyd gets ko'd he aint coming back vs a guy like rios,,,,

And i dont hate on floyd,,,

I defend him when people act like he is ducking GGG or ****** stuff like that....

check all the floyd threads,,, sometimes i make fun of him for being a hypocrite and for being an idiot,,,,,
but usually am very fair to the guy....

Its not my fault he goes on vacation and retires and then comes back and then retires, and then comesback...

please just tell me why floyd has had a dozen retirements????

Duran said Mayweather should have a loss on his record from the first fight with Jose Luis Castillo and he scored the fight with Oscar De La Hoya as a draw. [Click Here To Read More]
I agree with most what Duran said. But still, I think Mayweather would have a champ at some weight division. But, certainly, Mayweather nor Pacquiao would have won that many titles in different division. Another words they would not be seem as special like they are in this era.

Hearn would have been a nightmare for Mayweather.

Your not a hater last but all your posts hate on Floyd and you say you call it as you see it , lol sure you do through haters eyes lol .

You cannot hate on Floyd and praise Manny , they fought the same opponents and Floyd beat them when they were better fighters and at a more comfortable weight for them , and Floyd fought versions Manny refuses too .

Floyd at 135 would easily beat Barrera Morales and Manny so saying Manny fought them and that makes him greater because of that is just fanboy BS .

Yeah ok if you say so Roberto, but lets not act like you had the greatest defense of your era either...

Duran is one of, if not the most well rounded fighter in boxing history. He had terrific defense. Posting that gif and saying something like that shows you have no idea who duran was and never saw him fight. Trying to attack Duran's skill set is simply moronic
