Man, you guys are forgetting the most important part.

Get a bunch of your friends to hang out whenever you're working out so you can yell "Hard work!" and they can yell "Dedication!".

Well it depends on the weight class too. What weight are you now, do you have a target weight?

google it bro... Every boxer is different, but the basics are running, and various boxing specific strength and conditioning exercises

Can't go wrong looking up Tyson's routine, or Holyfield, or really any top fighter ON GOOGLE

Lots of water too. It helps so much you've no idea.

I'm really curious as to how these guys get in such great shape. What do they eat how do they work out?
Join a boxing gym... It has all the equipment you need... Anything else would be extra curricular activities done on your own I.e. running... Read a dieting book or talk to a nutritionist to learn about nutrition.. We can give you a routine to follow, but anyone really willing take the first to get into boxing, eventually finds their own routine... What works for me may not work for you and vice versa...

Whatever allows it. If yourre busy join something local. Its more of a lifestyle change though. If you really want a world level boxing regime youll have to get up early.
